What processes are available?
- CNC milling/turning and finishing
- 3D printing (SLA/SLS/FDM, etc.)
- Injection mold & molding
- Vacuum casting and low-volume runs
Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
No MOQ for prototypes/low-volume in most cases. Mass production MOQ depends on process and materials.
How do you protect my files and IP?
We can sign NDAs on request. Files are access-controlled within the project team and stored securely.
Quote & Order
How do I get a quote?
Please provide drawings (STEP/STL/IGES/PDF), quantity, material, surface finish, target lead time, and destination country.
How long is a quote valid?
Typically 7–14 days; subject to market fluctuations as stated in the quotation.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Commercial invoices for international orders are available. Add notes when placing the order.
Shipping & Lead Time
What is the typical lead time?
Prototypes: 3–7 business days; low-volume: 7–15; mass production subject to project review.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide via DHL/UPS/FedEx as well as air and sea freight.
How are shipping costs and duties handled?
Freight depends on size/weight/destination; duties per local customs. DDP/DDU terms available on request.
Payment & Invoice
Which payment methods are supported?
Bank transfer/TT and major credit cards. Milestone payments are available for large projects.
Are prices tax-inclusive?
Please refer to the quotation. Taxes and duties vary by destination.
After-sales & Warranty
How does your warranty work?
We inspect dimensions and appearance before shipment. If parts deviate from drawings, we will rework/remake or refund as per contract.
What is the returns/claims process?
Submit photos/reports within 7 days of receipt → QC review → solution and timeline provided.
