The ingredients in the video use 150ml of whipping cream, add 300ml of whole milk, and 50g of sugar.You can use 100g of ice cream powder mixed with 300ml of whole milk as well
How to use the ice cream maker
1. Wash and dry the inner pot before use, then place it in the freezer of the refrigerator for at least 10 hours (lower temperatures yield better results; it's recommended to set the freezer temperature to -18 degrees or higher).
2. When using, take out the inner container and install it on the ice cream machine
3. After turning on the machine, pour the prepared ingredients into the inner pot and wait for 10-15 minutes
4. After the ice cream ingredients have solidified and formed, open the dispensing port to make sweet cone ice cream
Reasons for unsuccessful ice cream making:
1. The inner tank temperature is not sufficient
The inner container needs to be placed in the refrigerator -18℃After refrigerating for about 8 hours, the inner container should have frost formation and the liquid inside should not feel shaky when taken out.
2. The ice cream ingredient proportions are incorrect
50g ice cream powder + 150ml milk or 100g ice cream powder + 300ml milk, stir evenly.
3. Incorrect method
Made with 300ml of milk + 150ml of whipping cream + 50g of white sugar. Remember to whip the whipping cream; you must use white sugar as condensed milk cannot replace sugar.
4. The mixing time is not enough
Pour the ice cream ingredients into the inner container, remember to stir for 10-15 minutes. The more ingredients there are, the longer you can stir according to actual conditions until it forms. Push out the release port to roll up the ice cream.
5. Can't come out
The mixing time was too long and it froze or the ingredients were too thick; it's recommended to add some milk without adding too much, just continue mixing for a few more minutes.(Also used a silicone spatula to scoop it out to eat; it feels like ice cream.)
6. The machine is not spinning
It might be because the order of turning on and pouring ingredients was reversed, causing it to freeze and not spin
You should first turn on the machine and then slowly pour the prepared ingredients into the ice cream maker's inner container, stirring for about 10-15 minutes.
② The ingredients are too thick to stir; add some milk and continue mixing.
7. The ingredients haven't been mixed yet; first take out the inner container
Taking out the inner liner too early can cause insufficient temperature, preventing it from naturally shaping properly. It should be done after adjusting the ingredients before taking out the inner liner.
